All of our cottages have been completely renovated and redecorated taking each one to a new level of individual beauty and charm. We have eight intimate cottages (three being 2-story suites) and one larger cottage close-by. Four of our cottages (Pink, Blue, Orange, and Lavender) are ideal for couples with one bedroom and a balcony overhanging crystal clear waters. They have tile floors and are uniquely decorated. All face west for beautiful sunsets. * All cottages are non-smoking.

Four other cottages are designed to accommodate more guests. The Yellow Cottage is unique with an octagonal shape and a south-facing, waterside, back-deck nestled amongst buttonwood trees. Still ideal for a couple, this cottage has a classic daybed with accompanying trundle bed allowing families of three or four to sleep comfortably. Our three beautiful suites (Key Lime, Ocean Blue, and Periwinkle) are each 2-story with 2 full-baths. The suites all have tiled floors and modern tropical decor throughout. The master bedroom is upstairs with a queen-size bed, full-bath and private balcony. The living room is downstairs with an elegant daybed and trundle along with a second full-bath and lower balcony. A spiral staircase connects the floors, offering partial privacy to each level. In the Key Lime and Ocean Blue, both the upper and lower balconies overhang the water and have spectacular western views over the bay. Periwinkle is nestled amongst tropical foliage and also has incredible sunset and water views from the upper balcony.

Our ninth cottage is located underneath a giant shade tree just steps from the water. This cottage is appointed with a master bedroom with king-size bed and full-bath, and a large guest bedroom with two full-baths, allowing up to six adults to stay comfortably. The guest bedroom can be appointed with one king-size bed and two twin-beds, or four twin-beds. A beautifully finished living room provides a great common area with French doors that open onto the front deck under the tree (rocking chairs provided!). You can enjoy chess, checkers or backgammon at the two game tables! A private back deck with patio furniture and chaise lounges provides another relaxing retreat. Buttonwood

Buttonwood is a brand new hillside, waterfront cottage perfect for a couple. With a large covered porch overlooking the water, you will experience the beauty and tranquility of the Exumas. Amenities include: beautiful waterfront location, large covered porch, full-bath with rain shower and double sinks, deluxe pillow-top king size bed, minibar, and 17' skiff (included in package plan).

Sea Glass

Sea Glass is a brand new hillside, waterfront cottage perfect for a couple. With a large covered porch overlooking the water, you will experience the beauty and tranquility of the Exumas. Amenities include: beautiful waterfront location, large covered porch, full-bath with rain shower and double sinks, deluxe pillow-top king size bed, minibar, and 17' skiff (included in package plan).

Coco Plum

Coco Plum is a brand new, waterfront, hillside suite perfect for a couple but with room for up to 4 with children. The "living room" (with sitting area and trundle bed) is a convertible bedroom, connected by deck to the "bedroom" pod, offering privacy to both. Full-bath in the bedroom with a half-bath in the "living room" pod and an outdoor rinse-shower. Amenities include: large covered porch, full-bath with rain shower and double sinks, deluxe pillow-top king size bed, minibar, and 17' skiff (included in package plan).

All cottages are equipped with air conditioning, a coffeemaker and a small refrigerator, but no cooking facilities. WiFi is available for an extra charge. In order to help you leave the cares of the world behind, the cottages do not have individual telephones or television, but phone, fax, TV and internet service are available at the clubhouse. In order to meet the needs of all of our guests, smoking is NOT allowed inside the cottages and no pets are permitted.
